1. Website operator

The bigbandkv.cz website is operated by the music ensemble Big Band Karlovy Vary, represented by bandleader Zdeněk Krám.

2. What the website is for

The website is an informational presentation of the orchestra. You will find concert dates, the line-up, repertoire samples, photographs and contact details for arranging a performance.

The website is not an online shop — nothing can be ordered or paid for through it, and its content is not an offer to conclude a contract.

3. Concert tickets

Tickets for the orchestra's concerts are sold by the organisers of the individual events, in particular the Karlovy Vary Municipal Theatre. Links to their websites are given with the specific dates. The organiser of the event is always responsible for ticket sales, their terms and any refunds.

4. Arranging a performance

An enquiry sent by e-mail or made by phone is non-binding. A performance contract is formed only once the date, price and terms are confirmed in writing by both parties.

The fee is set individually according to the length of the programme, the venue, the line-up and the technical setup. Any prices mentioned before confirmation are indicative.

5. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep dates and details on the website up to date, but the concert programme may change. The organiser's information is always decisive. We are not liable for damage arising from acting on out-of-date information on the website.

6. Copyright

The content of the website — text, photographs, graphics, the logo and the source code — is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written consent.

Photographs of the musicians and concert recordings may be used to promote a performance of the orchestra (for example on an organiser's poster), always with the orchestra's name stated.

Song titles and composer names listed in the repertoire serve only as information about the programme. Rights to those works belong to their respective holders.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party sites, for example concert organisers or YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or their data processing policies.

8. Website availability

The website is provided "as is". We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability — particularly during hosting outages or maintenance.

9. Personal data

10. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. We may amend the terms unilaterally; the new wording applies from the moment it is published on this page.
